There are several more cameras that should be added to this comparison – which ones would you like to see me add first?

Canon EOS-M SONY Alpha NEX-F3 SONY Alpha NEX-7
Quick Thoughts Brand new entry from Canon, Shipping in October – can use other Canon lenses with adapter -dissapointed no flash unless you buy external. Prime lens it ships with looks excellent. Cheapest of the three, doesnt come with dedicated charger, charge battery in camera or purchase external, quality and features very similar to NEX-7 – includes peaking for manual focus assist during photo or video, very nice. You will pay for this performance but you do get some excellent performance with class leading 10 FPS!! Super high resolution viewfinder, excellent image quality, full manual control.

Menzie's Penstemon or as the nerds say - Penstemon davidsonii ;) Found these little purple flowers on the way down from Paradise in Mt Rainier National Park and thought they made a nice foreground to the beautiful and still snowcapped peak in the distance.
