DxO Pure Raw 3 - The Champ at Removing Noise from High ISO photos

DxO has just released PureRaw3 with DeepPRIME XD - I am blown away by the quality of noise reduction in high ISO images. I take a look at this software compared to Topaz Photo AI and standard RAW files in Lightroom.
