Instagram Winners – Family

Chosen by Patreon this week the Family Instagram Challenge had you shooting at home or being a bit more creative. As always we leave things open ended so out of the box entries are welcome. For the family challenge this didn't necessarily have to portraits, or human for that matter.  From a traditional portrait family shoot, to ducklings, a Nikon f set, and the start of a family with hands forming a heart in an engagement shoot we get all types and you guys did great.

Winners this week were chosen by Scott and Roy for the challenge.

You can find all the past challenges on the PRTV page along with next week’s Instagram challenge #prtv_gear. Show us your gear! Shoot your favorite camera, lens, accessory, bag, editing area, or anything else photography gear related. One you get to show off a bit, two it’s actually a good way to practice product photography, and three it’s a fun challenge if you think creatively. To enter post your photos on Instagram before noon next Friday with the tags #prtv and #prtv_gear.

Scott's Winner:

https://www.instagram.com/p/BK2BLl2hTQH/It's a good family shot of the dolphins and you managed to get a composition down even with them moving.

Scott's Honorable Mentions:

https://www.instagram.com/p/BK-1uj3jUkA/Toby loves reflections so we had to pick this shot as a honorable mention. You thought out of the box and managed to catch the family in the glasses, neat!https://www.instagram.com/p/BK1c38agcVS/A nice family shot on vacation, having the flower popped up in front made for a nice touch.

Roy's Winner:

https://www.instagram.com/p/BBjGgPgCADG/A rare moment where the entire family managed to listen for the camerawoman, and no one blinked! It's a good top-down group photo that shows your family.

Roy's Honorable Mentions:

https://www.instagram.com/p/BK2BLl2hTQH/I like when people managed to think out of the box and a pod of dolphins is that for sure. You did a good job of following the rule of thirds even though its a moving subject.https://www.instagram.com/p/BK-2Qyij_TM/If it can't be shot with LEGO's it just can't be done. Nancy has a nice shot of the "family" sitting around the broccoli trees.
