Instagram Winners – Gear
/You had a chance to show off your gear this week for the Instagram Challenge #prtv_gear. Shooting what you've been carrying around all this time to get those great photos. To be creative with it for a challenge, a bit of product photography, or behind the scenes of a shoot. From family shooting photos, to literal gears, and going underwater we like to see your creativity every week.
Winners this week were chosen by Scott and Roy for the challenge.

Still life photography is a bit more on the artsy side than most are used to but another great way to get out of your comfort zone. Typically an inanimate object such as food, or basically anything not moving, taken on a table is what pops in everyone's head when it's brought up. Which is true, and quite challenging in that you have full control of light, composition, subject, etc. literally making the image. For those like myself that are better at finding things there is also found still life. It can be a challenge itself and a bit off the standard as compared to typical still life your finding a moment and not in control as much as the former method.To enter post your photos on Instagram before noon next Friday with the tags #prtv and #prtv_stilllife.

It makes for a great shot while leaving the space around the large underwater rigging to somewhat draw the eye center.

I never thought about a phone but with today's technology it is the gear we use to shoot with on the go.
